The leadership teams from Lisi Aerospace North America’s Torrance and City of Industry Plants met to develop their 2020 Team Performance Improvement Plans during a Building a Dream Team: Heartbeat Leaders First workshop and planning session.

TMG is pleased to announce and welcome Jack Bodner to the TMG team. Jack Bodner will join the company as the Director of Operational Leadership Development.

The Hampton Roads Workforce Council in partnership with the Greater Peninsula Workforce Board hosted the Inaugural Joint Annual Meeting and Workforce Innovation Awards at the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.

On August 20th TMG conducted a Team Performance Improvement Workshop hosted by Sumitomo Drive Technologies in Chesapeake, VA. This Workshop took place as a part of TMG’s 757 Green Belt Training Program.

On Thursday, June 26, the first two Leader Teams graduated from the Arconic Engines Leader Basic Training Program in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. These 22 Leaders from cross-functional, multi-tiered Teams completed 12 modules (36 Hours) covering a range of subjects focused on providing the tools and instruction for every leader to lead a high performing team.

On June 12, 2019 TMG successfully transitioned its Team Performance Improvement Program over to Vulcan Industries in Birmingham, Alabama.
