Dover, NJ – December 19, 2024 – The Howmet Alloy Team proudly celebrated the graduation of eight leaders from the Future Leader Training Program, a transformative initiative designed to cultivate high-performing talent within the organization. The event occurred at the Dover facility, marking the culmination of a ten-month journey focused on leadership development. The program, which consisted of eight comprehensive modules and practical exercises, equipped participants with essential skills in areas such as team engagement, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and effective leadership.

The Future Leader Training Program aims to identify and nurture potential leaders within the Dover Alloy Team, ultimately creating a pool of individuals “Ready to Play” for future leadership roles.
