Dover, NJ – December 19, 2024 – The Howmet Alloy Team proudly celebrated the graduation of eight leaders from the Future Leader Training Program, a transformative initiative designed to cultivate high-performing talent within the organization. The event occurred at the Dover facility, marking the culmination of a ten-month journey focused on leadership development. The program, which consisted of eight comprehensive modules and practical exercises, equipped participants with essential skills in areas such as team engagement, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and effective leadership.
The Future Leader Training Program aims to identify and nurture potential leaders within the Dover Alloy Team, ultimately creating a pool of individuals “Ready to Play” for future leadership roles. During the graduation ceremony, Plant Manager Tony Colucci praised the graduates for their energy and inspiration, emphasizing their positive impact on the team and the organization’s overall culture. “Dover’s investment in this team will make everyone better,” he stated, reinforcing the commitment to cultivating future leaders from within. Congratulations to the following graduates: Angel Orama, Shideke Parks, Bob LoMauro, Darren Bryant, Daniel Jackson, Luis Hinjonsa, Hermino Ruiz, and Justin Gianetti. Operations Manager Robert Nowatnick remarked on the program’s success, confirming that the right individuals were selected to shape the future of the Dover Alloy Team.
