On August 20th TMG conducted a Team Performance Improvement Workshop hosted by Sumitomo Drive Technologies in Chesapeake, VA. This Workshop took place as a part of TMG’s 757 Green Belt Training Program. Leaders attended workshop from 4 different companies including Sumitomo Drive Technologies, Plasser American, Keller America, and Ferguson Enterprises. During the event the group of leaders focused on building High Performance Teams and improving team performance. At the end of the workshop all company leaders took the pledge– “I am a Lean Leader; My Team Plays to Win!”
