My Team Plays to Win!” at the annual Carlyle Group Vice President Forum on April 4, 2019 in Washington. D.C. As the last speaker of the 3 day forum, Joe told the VPs they were the Heartbeat Leaders of the Carlyle Group because they owned the day-to-day execution of the Carlyle Buy Right–Own Right–Sell Right strategy.
