Champions Training is two day course is focused on preparing executives and managers to lead Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives in their organizations. The course familiarizes leaders with the principles and tools of Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints. Students are taught strategies for CPI implementation, aligning initiatives with customer focus, change management, resource allocation, sustaining improved processes, return on investment and removing barriers to improvement.
