Lean Six Sigma Champions Training
Champions Training is two day course is focused on preparing executives and managers to lead Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives in their organizations. The course familiarizes leaders with the principles and tools of Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints.
