First Line Leader Training

Come join us for a four-day course conducted over five to six weeks to introduce the principles and tools of supervising people. Based on TMG’s “Heartbeat Leaders” program, this course focuses on developing supervisors prepared to lead highly engaged winning teams. The course brings together people with supervisory responsibilities from various organizations and includes tours and briefings on those organizations to enhance the learning experience. This course is targeted at new supervisors or those supervisors with little or no previous leadership training.
First Line Leader Supervisory Training will start April 30, 2014 with follow on sessions:
- May 15, 2014
- June 3, 2014
- June 11, 2014
COST: $350/student for all 4 sessions.
LOCATION: Participants will be notified of the locations. The training will be rotated at various locations in the Hampton Roads Area.
