My leadership journey has been profoundly shaped by TMG’s investment in people. Since 2018, I have had the opportunity to participate in exceptional leadership development experiences, from immersive training programs in California to unforgettable ethics and leadership program at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.These experiences reinforced the importance of leading with integrity, trust, and purpose. Today, through TMG’s support of the Future Leader Program at Precision Resource, we are continuing that legacy by developing the next generation of leaders that want to lead by inspiring them to create a meaningful impact through accountability and trust for years to come.

When faced with the challenge of extraordinary growth, we knew that KELLER Pressure, Inc. needed to make significant improvement to our production throughput. Having previously worked with TMG on Lean/Six Sigma training, we again called upon their expertise to guide us through a complete Value Stream Mapping (VSM) effort. Based upon the VSM, we worked with TMG on a complete redesign of our production floor layout and workflow. This effort has led to a >100% increase in our production throughput capacity, thereby enabling KELLER Pressure, Inc. to maintain our competitive advantages in the markets we serve.

The thing I have been most impressed with from TMG, is that they performed a quality diagnostic process and then completely customized an implementation plan for our facility. They are very hands on, receptive to input from all directions and very intuitive in addressing the unique issues and culture of our people.
