Poquoson, VA – July 1, 2019 –TMG’s 17^th year was incredible.  Thank You to our partners as our revenue and earnings set records.  Thank You to our team who performed “perfectly” while completing a “bottom-up” review of our products and services in order to enable consistent perfect performance as our business grows.

We lived the TMG “Why”, which is to help leaders who Want to lead, Lead High-Performing Teams. TMG gives them the Courage to Lead by developing and using a customized set of tools resulting in data driven business performance improvements. Our passion is for “Heartbeat Leaders”, those first-line supervisors who are often in their very first leadership position, to stabilize the team while using the Continuous Process Improvement (Lean and Six Sigma) to improve performance which are their keys to success. For the last 17 years, we have been privileged to travel near and far to partner with organizations who believe our core hypothesis: “If we align our organizations, and improve leader behaviors, then we will increase team engagement and improve our business performance.”  We have been driven by our core values of Do the Right Thing, It is ALL about the Relationship, Run a Good Business, and There is no such thing as Coincidence.

Today TMG Teammates operate where our partners operate in: Chesapeake, Virginia; Rancho Cucamonga, California; Savannah, Georgia; Dover, New Jersey; Sheffield, United Kingdom; Hampton, Virginia; Dayton, Ohio; Fontana, California; Verdi, Nevada; Rochester, New York; Morristown, Tennessee; and Washington, D.C. Our new partner forecast is stronger than ever.  To every one of our partners who trusted us, THANK YOU.  Please know we learned as much or more from you as you learned from us. Since 2002, the result of our “Why” are High-Performance Teams across America, Canada, and the United Kingdom who have leaders who want to lead, are Engaged, know what “Right” looks like, has a leader who is helping them seek perfection and Plays to Win Every Day!  Since 2014 we have presented over a thousand “I am a Leader, or I am a Lean Leader. My Team Plays to Win!” badges to Leaders who believe they can and will lead high-performance teams.

Over the last year, we have on boarded two incredibly talented teammates; Lauren Temple and Joe Pedulla.  We promoted Mike McBride, Bo Brewer, and Danny Barto to Program Managers.  Program Managers are the Heartbeat of TMG and they are ready to lead our growth in our 18^th year.  We are 20 TMG strong Teammates.

TMG is my life’s work and my legacy from a lifetime of leadership.  I have loved every minute leading the TMG High-Performance Team.  We are successful because we apply every tool we recommend to our ourselves. The result creates a compelling passion for perfection. Our passion is contagious when we partner with other organizations seeking the same result.  Our performance has been spectacular because every TMG Teammate gets a chance to create their own future together with other likeminded and committed professionals dedicated to a single mission and living the TMG values.
