September 10-12, 2018 — Rancho Cucamonga Forging Operations
The TMG Team launched the Pilot for the Arconic Future Leader Identification, Training, and Development Program at the Rancho Cucamonga Forging Operations in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This program is designed to build a system to prepare the next generation of Heartbeat Leaders to step into a 1st Line Supervisor position so that they can step into that role with little to no risk to the performance of their team. As we develop this system, we will be validating the training materials with the current plant leadership so that everyone knows what their role is, the role of their teammates, and how they work together to accomplish their collective goals. We are proud to continue our relationship with Arconic Engines North America and look forward to being a part of the Rancho team as they work tirelessly to provide critical parts to the aerospace industry for years to come.
