Every year our nation honors those who have given their all to defend the rights and freedom of every American. TMG is especially proud to have Lieutenant Colonel Joseph Barto III leading our business. Joe and his family have dedicated their lives to uphold such freedoms. We are even more fortunate to have Joe return home from war to tell his story.

On May 26, 2018, the Virginia War Memorial requested LTC (Retired) Joseph C. Barto III serve as the Keynote Speaker for the Walkway of Honor Dedication and Remembrance Ceremony. Each brick in the Walkway of Honor recognized a veteran, friend or family member. Joe and Tricia Barto donated four bricks supporting the work of the Virginia War Memorial but just as important honoring members of their family that served this great nation. During this special event, Joe was able to tell the story behind one of those bricks and it was the story of his parents LTC (Retired) and Mrs. Joseph C.
