TMG is pleased to announce their partnership with AEN Rochester to analyze, design, development, implement, and transition the AEN Rochester Team Performance Improvement System. “AEN Rochester has been providing critical jet engine parts to the industry for over 50 years. AEN Rochester works with many super alloy materials, Rochester forges, shapes, machines and finishes numerous critical engine parts to the commercial airline industries biggest manufacturers.”

AEN Rochester started their journey to near perfect performance with TMG and the AEN Six Sigma Program in May of 2018 and following a very successful Executive Education Session the AEN Rochester Leadership made the decision to continue their journey to near perfect performance by implementing the AEN Rochester Team Performance Improvement Program. TMG will develop and implement these tools as well as align them with their internal metrics of Cost, Schedule, Quality and Safety.
