Hampton, VA – For 2019, TMG will be providing Six Sigma Program Management and Operations Officer in support of Arconic Hampton Structural’s Hoshin execution. TMG has been providing Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt instruction, certification and operations execution support since 2012. Hampton Structural joins Arconic Plants in Dover, NJ; Morristown, TN; Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Fontana, CA; Rochester, NY; Verdi, NV; and Savannah, GA to provide Program Management Services to the Plant Leadership Teams to ensure the Green Belt projects are aligned to the Plant Hoshin and are being completed as promised to ensure support to the business outcomes year over year.
