The TMG Team continued its support and involvement with the Association of Manufacturing Excellence this year at the 2019 AME Southeast Lean Summit, May 6-9, in Atlanta, GA.  Aside from attending the event and touring manufacturing operations in the Metro-Atlanta area, the team facilitated 2 workshops to share our expertise in the areas of Team Performance Improvement and Continuous Improvement / Lean & Six Sigma.  Danny Barto and Doug Smith led the Lean Champions session for a group of 28 attendees and Tom and Joe Barto led the Building a Dream Team workshop for 20 attendees representing businesses from multiple industries across America.

TMG will be the lead organizers of the 2020 AME Southeast Lean Summit and is excited to build on the success of this year’s event.
