TMG, Inc. is joining the Build Freedom Campaign to scale the Talent Pipeline Program across the defense industrial base and help employers build the workforce to strengthen production and meet national security needs. Through a multi-year contract supporting the Department of War’s Warfighting Investments, Resourcing, and Execution directorate, TMG will bring 24 years of experience and five years of U.S. Navy Talent Pipeline Program Management to help small- and medium-sized defense manufacturers recruit, train, and retain skilled workers.
TMG, Inc. and its Talent Pipeline Program (TPP) support this broader mission by training, coaching, encouraging, and recognizing small- and medium-sized employers to improve the performance of the talent acquisition and retention system, strengthen their businesses, and provide the capacity to meet our nation’s growing demand.
TMG accelerates the national rollout of the Talent Pipeline Program (TPP) through a multi-year contract to support the Department of War’s (DOW) Warfighting Investments, Resourcing, and Execution directorate.
