Biography
Eli Vanner joined TMG as a Program Analyst in January 2020. Vanner, a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, has over 22 years of Fighter Avionics Maintenance experience on multiple airframes to include the: F-22 Raptor, F-16 Falcon, and F-15 Eagle. During this time, he held various positions such as Production Superintendent, Avionics Flight Chief, F-22/F-15 Avionics Instructor, Flighline Expediter, Avionics System Maintainer, and he finished his career as the F-22 Led Production Superintendent. Eli more recently held a position as the Lead Work Control Analyst (Engineering Technician IV) with Newport News Shipbuilding, where he spent nearly three years orchestrating the complex maintenance tasks for the CVN 68 Class carrier Refueling and Complex Overhaul for the Combat System arena.
Eli graduated Magna Cum Laude from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology – Electronics, with a specialization in Renewable Energy. He has also earned two Associates in Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Avionics Systems Technology and Instructor of Technology and Military Science. Eli is trained in Electronics Technologies, Fiber Optics Installer Technologies, Jet Engine Mishap Investigation, holds an Occupational Instructor Certificate, and a Ground Radio Operators License with a Ship RADAR endorsement.
