Biography
Noel is joining TMG after ten years in customer service and administrative roles. Most recently, she spent three years working as the Customer Service Representative and Accounts Receivable Lead for a large regional construction material provider. During that time, she improved and standardized the in-house ordering process, solidified communication procedures, and identified and corrected gaps in billing practices that increased cost effectiveness for both company and customer.
She joins the company as a Program Analyst and looks forward to bringing her organizational and communication skills to TMG. Noel lives in Smithfield, Virginia with her partner, Fraser. She enjoys spending time with her pets and acting in community theatre.
