Kristen Miller has been in her role with TMG - a values-driven Program Management Company dedicated to Continuous Improvement, since January of 2009. TMG provides our partners with World Class Expertise, Flawless Execution, Self-Governing Program Management, In-Process Agility and an unwavering focus on solving the “Big-Picture” problem. We win only when our partners win!
After studying Criminal Justice at Norwich University, Kristen began working for the United States Senate in their disbursing office, which handles all Accounting and Payroll for the entire Senate. Kristen moved to Spotsylvania, VA, where she began working at Apptis Inc, a government contractor as a contracts administrator before joining TMG. At TMG, Kristen is the final authority for the proposal process and works diligently to see that invoicing is handled expediently. She handles all of the partner accounting work including Accounts Payable and Receivables. Further, Kristen manages the internal TMG accounting such as Payroll, Employee Insurance, Human Resources, and our 401k. Kristen regularly works closely with the President of TMG to provide financial situational awareness in all aspects of the business; additionally, she works in concert with the economic tracking team to keep the rest of TMG abreast of the fiscal health of the company.
Kristen was born and raised in Northern Virginia and moved to Spotsylvania with her husband, Henry, in 2001. They have been married for 13 years and have 2 children, Ethan and Lilly.
