DESCRIPTION:\n\nA leader has the vision and conviction that a dream can be achieved. He inspires the power and energy to get it done.  ~Ralph Nader \n \n\nCome join us for a four-day course conducted over five to six weeks to introduce the principles and tools of supervising people. Based on TMG’s “Heartbeat Leaders” program\, this course focuses on developing supervisors prepared to lead highly engaged winning teams. The course brings together people with supervisory responsibilities from various organizations and includes tours and briefings on those organizations to enhance the learning experience. This course is targeted at new supervisors or those supervisors with little or no previous leadership training. \nFirst Line Leader Supervisory Training will start January 23\, 2015  with follow on sessions: \n\n2/2/15\n2/18/15\n2/26/15\n\nCOST: $350/student for all 4 sessions. \nLOCATION:  Participants will be notified of the locations.  The training will be rotated at various locations in the Hampton Roads Area: Ball Metal\, Bauer Compressor\, Busch USA\, and Sumitomo. \n\n FACILITATORS: (click on photos to pull up their bios) \nDoug Smith \n  \nTerry Rivenbark \n  \nArt Willoughby \n  \n  \n
