SUMMARY:Black Belt- Flight 1- 2 "Measure"
DESCRIPTION:Black Belt – A five week course taught over a five month period focused on teaching the principles and tools of Continuous Process Improvement for all types of processes. This curriculum integrates the methodologies of  Lean\, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints using the Define\, Measure\, Analyze\, Improve\, Control (DMAIC) structure. This curriculum focuses on developing Black Belts as change agents that lead teams in executing complex improvement projects. Green Belt training and experience or previous  experience in process engineering are preferred. Students will complete a DMAIC Project for their organization during the five month class with resulting actual benefits.  \nBlack Belt flight #1 will start March 25-27 \nwith follow on sessions \n\n4/22-24\n\n\n5/20-22\n\n\n6/24-26 and\n\n\n7/15-17\n\nCost will be $5\,000 per students for all 5 sessions.  Students need to attend all 5 sessions and will work a DMAIC project during the 5 sessions. \nTo register\, visit: Sign up before the First class on 3/25 HERE \n  \n
